We typically have up to 16 people per class. In which case we split the class up in 2 for the cooking portion of the class (up to at most 8 people per group); after the cooking is done, both groups come together and eat in one dining room.
We don't have private class. Minimum participant is 2 people and will sharing with another on cooking class
Our classes are hands-on. To ensure all class participants learn the most important parts of a given menu, certain key techniques will be executed by all class participants in small teams. In order to facilitate the learning process and allow us to spend more time focusing on the relevant techniques of a given class.
Not at all. We're here to teach, and students of any skill level are welcome. If you're new to cooking, we suggest you ask your instructor plenty of questions; sometimes people are shy about asking questions, and that really is one of the best ways to learn.
Some people come alone, others with friends, boyfriends or girlfriends, family, or spouses. We always have a great mix of people in the kitchen.

Some of the classes are better suited for vegetarians; these are indicated in our Vegetarian Friendly section. You can let your chef know upon arrival that you are vegetarian, and she will make every effort to accommodate you and serve you a vegetarian dish instead. You will taste all of the wonderful dishes you create on the course and your lunch menu or dinner menu will be made up of the food you have cooked yourself.
Absolutely. You will receive a copy of the recipes and course notes at the start of every day which are yours to keep.
You need to wear sensible footwear with non-slip soles and covered toes. Long hair needs to be tied back; we advise wearing comfortable clothes and not your best outfit. We also recommend wearing trousers.
