The island of Bali, so special of good food. Bali is sweet and spicy, it's coconut milk, it's sambal, it's banana leaves, spices, the most aromatic herbs, it's peanut sauce and it's palm sugar

The ingredients
  • 1 package of Lumpia wrappers (you can use Chinese or Vietnamese spring roll wrappers for frying)
  • 5 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
  • 1-inch ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly shakes
  • 3 dashes of ground black pepper
  • 6 ounces of cabbage, thinly sliced
How to make Lumpia?

Below is Lumpiang's recipe with vegetables. To serve, dip in sweet and sour sauce. The Lumpiang are very easy to make since you just roll them up. They are perfect to eat with your fingers at parties!
