Pisang Goreng & Banana Fritter

Ingredients
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons flour
How to make Pisang Goreng
  1. Crush the bananas until they are creamy
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and sugar
  3. Dip a large spoon in oil and in a pan
  4. Fry in a pan until golden brown and crispy on the edges
  5. Drain on paper towel and serve
