Ingredients
  • Tofu and tempe that have been fried to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste
  • Correct amount of oil
  • 250 grams of peanuts, fried
  • 5 red chilies
  • 6 red onion cloves
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Red sugar to taste
How to make Sate Tahu & Tempe
  1. Your first step is to mix all the ingredients, then sauté until fragrant
  2. Then add enough water and add white and red sugar, salt and mushroom powder broth, stir until smooth
  3. If it is cooked, remove it and set it aside in the bowl
  4. Cut the cubes of tofu and tempeh then paste
  5. Burn the satay on the grill, then move forward and back until it's ready
  6. If you feel ripe, cover tofu and tempeh satay with peanut sauce, as well as sugar and sweet soy sauce on top
