Soup Ayam & Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  • 350 grams of chicken piece
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red tomato
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil for sautéing
  • 5 onions
  • 2 garlic
  • 3 candlenuts
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar
How to make Soup Ayam
  1. Combine the chicken and water. Clean the chicken and drain it Light the stove, fry the spices and the cooking oil
  2. Add the water and wait until it boils, then add the chicken
  3. While the chicken is cooking over low heat, prepare the vegetables: peel the carrots and potatoes. Chop in some pieces
  4. Add the vegetables to the soup. Approximately 30 minutes, then add the tomato and celery
  5. Turn off the stove and the chicken soup is ready to be served
