The island of Bali, so special of good food. Bali is sweet and spicy, it's coconut milk, it's sambal, it's banana leaves, spices, the most aromatic herbs, it's peanut sauce and it's palm sugar

The Ingredient
  • 1/2 cup of creamy salted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
  • To a medium bowl, add soy sauce, maple syrup, lemon juice, chili sauce, and whisk to combine. Add water little by little until a thick but pourable sauce is achieved
  • If it is too thick, thin with more water. For a touch of fun flavor, add a little fresh ginger grated to taste
  • Perfect for salads, spring rolls, noodle dishes and more. Store the covered leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
